About Jennifer Rennie
Jennifer Rennie is a certified Personal and Group Trainer with over 10 years of experience serving a wide range of clients throughout all of Orange County.
After Jennifer married and started her family, she saw her body change in ways she didn’t like. She began going to the gym to take back her figure–This was the first time she’d ever lifted weights and she fell in love with it! Weight training helped her to get in better shape than she was before kids; she loved how it made her look and how strong it made her feel. Still, she did not love the gym atmosphere: judgmental people, gawking guys, and feeling like she didn’t know what to do and how to do it. She stuck with it, though, and her transformation was noticed by others; soon, they were asking her for training tips. As a result, she decided to get certified as a trainer/instructor.
Now, Jennifer’s business is about changing lives for the better by motivating clients to achieve their health and fitness goals. Among other things, this means being at the finish line of a 5k race to cheer on members of her Lift To Lose class, making time to talk with clients one-on-one to form a nutrition plan that works, even making fun of herself to give a struggling client a laugh! Jennifer wants people to know that she came to this field later in life, as an adult, so she knows how intimidating it can be.
However she can, Jennifer makes sure her clients have fun while helping them reach their goals. Her clients will tell you themselves: Jennifer’s unique and realistic approach to fitness is truly one-of-a-kind in her industry, and one that can help change your life for the better!
