Here comes March. The honeymoon is over. The clients that hired me and the students that signed up for class, well, they are tired, sore, hungry, and thought they would have lost 30 lbs by now….am I right? Tough love time….you patiently let yourself get out of shape – grant yourself the same length of time to get IN shape. Fitness is a lifestyle, not a destination. The number on the scale is usually the last thing to change. But, if you have been at it two months, consistently, you will notice your clothes fitting differently, your body fat has decreased, your measurements, lower cholestrol, improvement on your level of activity and better sleep. Stay consistent!!
