<div>Last night in class, in between trying to breathe, I mentioned how we need to make sure nothing gives us an excuse NOT to exercise.  That said, there will not be class this Saturday, Cinco de Mayo, May 5th. The gym was reserved for this event.  Soo, lets put our words into action!!  Take this day to cross train, try something new! Push yourself hard!!  Then, have a skinny margarita and endive and salsa instead of chips and dip :)</div>

<div>Regarding tonight&#039;s class (Monday, 4/30) We may or may not have a substitute teacher because Jennifer had something come up and will not be able to teach tonight.  If we can&#039;t find a teacher to sub, then our class Ambassador, Donna, will be there and will be working out on the cement circle just outside the rec center (NOT collecting tickets).  We can do as much or as little as you want, and then take a nice brisk walk around the park &#8211; 4 miles!  We CAN DO this!  Let&#039;s make Jennifer proud of us.</div>
